Flask of Crimson Tears is a tool in Elden Ring. It is available within the first few hours of a run.

The Flask of Crimson Tears is the main healing item of the journey. It restores HP with each sip and refills at every Site of Grace. It also brings Torrent back after the steed falls in battle. Every build carries it from the first steps to the final boss.

One charge restores 250 HP at +0 and 810 HP at the highest level of +12. Sacred Tears raise its potency one level at a time at a Site of Grace. Golden Seeds add charges, up to 14 shared with the Flask of Cerulean Tears. Charges can be moved between the two flasks at any Site of Grace. The early Sacred Tears give the biggest jumps in healing.
