Taunter's Tongue is a multiplayer item in Elden Ring.

Taunter's Tongue invites invaders into the user's world. It allows invasions even when no co-op helper is present. It also allows a second invader once a helper has joined. It suits players who want more PvP fights in their own world.

Effect

With the tongue active, the world can be invaded without any Furled Finger cooperators present. It also shortens the wait between chances for invasion. When a cooperator is present, a second invader can join. With two invaders in the world, only one cooperator can be present.

"Item for online play. (Can also be used from the Multiplayer menu.) Lures in invaders. This allows your world to be invaded without any Furled Finger cooperators present, and it also shortens the interval between windows of opportunity for invasion. Additionally, enables the arrival of a second invader. (When two invaders are present, you will be limited to one cooperator.)"

How to Get Taunter's Tongue Guide

Reach the Roundtable Hold through a Site of Grace.
Walk around the left side of the table and through the second opening.
Drop from the balcony to the lower hall.
Defeat the invader Mad Tongue Alberich to receive the tongue.
