Furlcalling Finger Remedy is a multiplayer item in Elden Ring.

Furlcalling Finger Remedy reveals the summon signs of other players. Gold signs call co-op helpers and red signs call duelists. It is the item that starts most online sessions. It is cheap to craft from two Erdleaf Flowers.

Effect

Using the remedy shows nearby cooperative signs in gold and competitive signs in red. Summoning a player through a sign starts multiplayer. Using the remedy a second time before summoning cancels it and gives the remedy back. Spirit Ashes cannot be called while it is active.

"Item for online play. (Can also be used from the Multiplayer menu.) Craftable item. Reveals cooperative and competitive multiplayer signs. Co-op summoning signs will be shown in gold, while hostile summoning signs will be shown in red. Multiplayer begins when you summon a player from another world through their sign."
