The RC-7 Liger is a muzzle brake for Power pistols that tames recoil in two ways at once. It lowers both the recoil angle and the recoil direction of the gun. The price is a small cut to Crit Chance. It suits a pistol user in the late game who fires fast and wants the sights to stay put. The RC-7 Liger is a late game muzzle brake, since it only comes at Tier 4.
Effect
A muzzle brake sits in a weapon's muzzle slot. Muzzle brakes add stats that help Power weapons. Recoil is the kick that pushes the sights off target after each shot.
The RC-7 Liger lowers recoil angle by 10%. It also lowers recoil direction by 35%. Both bonuses help a quick string of shots stay on one spot. The brake also lowers Crit Chance by 3%.
The RC-7 Liger is worth the slot on a Power pistol that fires fast follow-up shots.

Upgrades
The RC-7 Liger comes only at Tier 4. A muzzle brake can only go on a weapon of the same tier or a higher one. Muzzle attachments can be taken off a gun and moved to another one at any time.
Character Builds
The RC-7 Liger suits a Cool build that fights with Power pistols. Focus adds damage to headshots and weak spots. Deadeye raises headshot and weak spot damage further. Nerves Of Tungsten-Steel adds guaranteed critical hits on headshots and weak spots while Deadeye is active.
Mind Over Matter in the Reflexes tree lowers recoil while aiming. Mind Over Matter and the brake both work toward steady sights.
Lore
The in-game description says the RC-7 Liger will not guarantee a shot on target, but it will certainly help. Every brake in the RC-7 line carries the same line of text.
