The RC-7 Yokai is a muzzle brake for Power pistols that narrows the gun's recoil angle. Less recoil helps the sights stay on target between shots. The price is a small cut to Crit Chance. It suits a pistol user in the middle of the game who fires quick follow-up shots. The RC-7 Yokai is a mid game muzzle brake, since it comes at Tiers 3 and 4.
Effect
A muzzle brake sits in a weapon's muzzle slot. Muzzle brakes add stats that help Power weapons. Recoil is the kick that pushes the sights off target after each shot.
The RC-7 Yokai lowers recoil angle by 12.5% at Tier 3 and by 15% at Tier 4. At both tiers it lowers Crit Chance by 3%.
The RC-7 Yokai is worth the slot on a Power pistol with a strong kick.

Upgrades
The RC-7 Yokai comes at Tiers 3 and 4. A muzzle brake can only go on a weapon of the same tier or a higher one. Muzzle attachments can be taken off a gun and moved to another one at any time.
Character Builds
The RC-7 Yokai suits a Cool build that fights with Power pistols. Focus adds damage to headshots and weak spots. Deadeye raises headshot and weak spot damage further. Nerves Of Tungsten-Steel adds guaranteed critical hits on headshots and weak spots while Deadeye is active.
Mind Over Matter in the Reflexes tree lowers recoil while aiming. Mind Over Matter and the brake both work toward steady sights.
Lore
The in-game description says the RC-7 Yokai will not guarantee a shot on target, but it will certainly help. Every brake in the RC-7 line carries the same line of text.
