The RC-7 Strigoi is a muzzle brake for Power assault rifles and submachine guns that softens recoil. It comes in every tier, from Tier 1 to Tier 5. The lower tiers trade a small cut to Crit Chance for steadier fire. It suits a character who fights with automatic Power weapons. The RC-7 Strigoi is available from the early game, since weapon vendors sell it from Tier 1.
Effect
A muzzle brake sits in a weapon's muzzle slot. Muzzle brakes add stats that help Power weapons. Recoil is the kick that pushes the sights off target after each shot.
The RC-7 Strigoi lowers recoil. The bonus is 7.5% at Tier 1 and grows to 20% at Tier 5. Tiers 1 to 4 also lower Crit Chance by 3%.
The RC-7 Strigoi is worth the slot on a Power assault rifle or submachine gun that fires long bursts.

Upgrades
The RC-7 Strigoi comes in Tiers 1 to 5. Each tier lowers recoil a little more. A muzzle brake can only go on a weapon of the same tier or a higher one. Muzzle attachments can be taken off a gun and moved to another one at any time.
Character Builds
The RC-7 Strigoi suits a Reflexes build with automatic Power weapons. Mind Over Matter lowers recoil while aiming. Ready, Rested, Reloaded lowers the Stamina cost of shooting assault rifles and submachine guns. Shoot To Chill adds Armor Penetration for automatic weapons for each stack of Sharpshooter. Spray And Pray lowers the Stamina cost of hip fire.
