The painting shows the walls of Leyndell with the Erdtree rising behind them. The view was painted from the high cliffs at Dominula, Windmill Village. Reaching that spot reveals the painter's spirit, which fades and leaves the reward.

This painter is said to have captured the landscapes seen during the last moments of those welcomed into death's embrace.
