Crimson Bubbletear is a Crystal Tear in Elden Ring. It only turns up late in a run, in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
The Crimson Bubbletear is a crystal tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Mixed into the flask, it heals automatically in the moment before death. The effect works only once. The Erdtree Avatar in the Mountaintops of the Giants drops it.
Use
Drinking the flask with this tear sets up a single automatic heal when HP falls very low. The effect ends after it triggers or when time runs out.
"A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground. Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick. The resulting concoction automatically heals one's HP in the moment before death. However, this effect only occurs once, and will expire after a certain duration."
