Dectus Medallion (Right) is a key in Elden Ring. It is picked up mid-game, in Greyoll's Dragonbarrow.

The Dectus Medallion (Right) is the right half of a split medallion showing the Erdtree. Joined with the left half, it works the Grand Lift of Dectus. The lift links Liurnia of the Lakes with the Altus Plateau. This half lies in Fort Faroth in Dragonbarrow.

Once both halves are held, brandishing the joined medallion at the Grand Lift of Dectus raises the lift to the Altus Plateau.

"Right half of a split medallion depicting the Erdtree. Brandishing the medallion with both halves conjoined will activate the Grand Lift of Dectus, connecting the Altus Plateau to Liurnia. The left half is said to reside in the coastal Fort Haight to the far west."

1. Travel to Fort Faroth in Dragonbarrow, in the far east of Caelid.
2. Pass the bats at the bottom level of the fort.
3. Climb the ladder in the tower past the shed.
4. Open the chest at the top to take the right half.
5. Collect the Dectus Medallion (Left) at Fort Haight and use both at the Grand Lift of Dectus.
