Arteria Leaf is a crafting material in Elden Ring.
Arteria Leaf is a dark red leaf with thick, swollen veins. It is rare and scattered across most regions of the Lands Between. A picked leaf never grows back. It is crafted into Exalted Flesh and aromatics such as Uplifting Aromatic and Bloodboil Aromatic.
Gathering
Each leaf can be picked only once per playthrough. The red leaves stand out against grass and rock. Trolls in the Mountaintops of the Giants give the only repeatable supply.

It is commonly found in Weeping Peninsula, Liurnia of the Lakes, Mt. Gelmir and Mountaintops of the Giants.
- A corpse in Morne Tunnel holds some, guarded by Misbegotten.
- A chest beside the Site of Grace in Lakeside Crystal Cave holds one.
- Demi-Human Forest Ruins has one near a broken stone wall.
- Some grow in Jarburg.
- A corpse in Volcano Cave holds some.
- One lies in Tombsward Cave on a corpse.
- One lies at the base of the Divine Tower of Caelid.
- One lies in Altus Tunnel.
- Troll in the Mountaintops of the Giants drops it.
- Sold by Isolated Merchant (Weeping Peninsula) at Isolated Merchant's Shack (Weeping Peninsula) for 1,000 runes, with 5 in stock.
The Troll just west of the Giant's Gravepost Site of Grace in the Mountaintops of the Giants has a good chance to drop it and returns after every rest.
