Fireproof Pickled Liver is a consumable in Elden Ring. It comes from the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

Fireproof Pickled Liver is an animal liver pickled in a red solution by the forager brood. Eating it gives a large boost to fire damage negation for two minutes. It is the stronger, later form of the dried livers from the base game. It is worth eating before a fight against a boss that relies on fire attacks.

Eating it raises fire damage negation by 25% for 120 seconds. Against other players the bonus is 12%. It counts as a body buff and does not stack with other body buffs.

"Animal liver pickled in a red medicinal solution. Craftable item. Temporarily grants large boost to fire damage negation, greatly improving damage mitigation against attacks imbued with fire. The effects of the forager brood's pickled delights are enhanced by the fermentation, or rotting, of the ingredients. Though this results in a pungent odor, some come to find the aroma irresistible."
