Flask of Cerulean Tears is a tool in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early in a run.

The Flask of Cerulean Tears restores FP, the resource behind spells and weapon skills. It refills at every Site of Grace, just like its crimson twin. Casters lean on it the most. Melee builds still keep a charge or two for Ashes of War.

Effect

One charge restores 80 FP at +0 and 220 FP at the highest level of +12. Sacred Tears raise its potency at a Site of Grace. Golden Seeds add charges, up to 14 shared with the Flask of Crimson Tears. The split between the two flasks can be changed at any Site of Grace.
