Mending Rune of Perfect Order is a Great Rune in Elden Ring. It is a mid-game find in the Altus Plateau.
The Mending Rune of Perfect Order is a rune discovered by the noble Goldmask. It is meant to restore the broken Elden Ring and perfect the Golden Order. It cannot be equipped. Its only use is to change the ending.
Use
After the final boss falls, using this rune on Fractured Marika leads to the Age of Order ending.
"Rune discovered by the noble Goldmask. Used to restore the fractured Elden Ring when brandished by the Elden Lord. A Rune of transcendental ideology which will attempt to perfect the Golden Order. The current imperfection of the Golden Order, or instability of ideology, can be blamed upon the fickleness of the gods no better than men. That is the fly in the ointment."

It belongs to Goldmask's quest. It is brought to Fractured Marika at Elden Throne. The Age of Order ending.
How to Get Mending Rune of Perfect Order Guide
- Advance the questline of Goldmask and Brother Corhyn across the Altus Plateau and Leyndell, Royal Capital.
- Continue the quest until the Erdtree has burned.
- Find Goldmask's body in Leyndell, Ashen Capital near the Royal Colosseum and the Erdtree Sanctuary.
- Take the rune from his body.
