Priestess Heart is a tool in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
Priestess Heart is the stone heart of the Dragon Communion Priestess. Used with no armor on, it turns the user into a dragon like the priestess. The change lasts until death. Using it again in dragon form boosts the incantations of the capital's ancient dragon cult.
Effect
All armor must be removed to use it. Dragon form adds 70 to immunity, robustness, focus and vitality and gives 7% damage negation against everything, but no poise. Using the heart again while transformed raises Dragon Cult incantation damage by 20% for 60 seconds.
How to Get Priestess Heart Guide
- Defeat Bayle the Dread in Jagged Peak.
- Return to the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion.
- Pick up the Priestess Heart where the priestess used to stand.
