Redflesh Mushroom is a crafting material in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.
The Redflesh Mushroom is a red mushroom that grows in the sullen lands of the Realm of Shadow. Its flesh is like raw meat, so it serves as the filling for hefty pots. It goes into the hefty fire, furnace, magic, lightning, red lightning and volcano pots.
Gathering
The mushrooms are common across the Realm of Shadow and grow thickly on the Gravesite Plain. Many more lie on corpses in forts and ruins. Moore sells a few, and the Twin Maiden Husks sell them after receiving a bell bearing.
