Remembrance of Putrescence is a remembrance in Elden Ring. It is part of the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

Remembrance of Putrescence is the remembrance of Putrescent Knight. It drops when the boss is defeated in the Stone Coffin Fissure. Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold trades it for a weapon or a spell. It can also be used for a large sum of runes instead.

Effect

---

Using it grants 30,000 runes. Trading it with Finger Reader Enia gives Putrescence Cleaver or Vortex of Putrescence instead. Only one copy drops in each playthrough, so the choice matters.

"Remembrance of the Putrescent Knight hewn into the Scadutree. The power of its namesake can be unlocked by the Finger Reader. Alternatively, it can be used to gain a great bounty of runes. All tainted flesh eventually becomes putrescence, and this clump of it imbibed St. Trina's nectar, which granted it eternal rest. And so it was that putrescence became her knight."

How to Get Remembrance of Putrescence Guide
