Remembrance of the Black Blade is a remembrance in Elden Ring. It is found in Crumbling Farum Azula, near the end of a run.

Remembrance of the Black Blade is the remembrance left behind by Maliketh, the Black Blade. It can be traded to Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold for one of the boss's special items. It can also be used for a large sum of runes. The boss is the last obstacle in Crumbling Farum Azula.

Effect

Using the remembrance grants 30,000 runes. Trading it to Enia instead offers a choice of the Maliketh's Black Blade or the Black Blade. Only one reward can be taken from each copy.

"Remembrance of Maliketh, the Black Blade, hewn into the Erdtree. The power of its namesake can be unlocked by the Finger Reader. Alternatively, it can be used to gain a great bounty of runes. Maliketh was a shadowbound beast given to his Empyrean. Marika's sole need of her shadow was a vessel to lock away Destined Death. Even then, she betrayed him."

How to Get Remembrance of the Black Blade Guide

  1. Reach the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace in Crumbling Farum Azula.
  2. Cross to the sanctum to the southeast.
  3. Defeat Maliketh, the Black Blade to receive the remembrance.
