Rogier's Letter is a letter written in a trembling hand by Sorcerer Rogier. It is found on his body after he passes away at the Roundtable Hold. It shares one last piece of news. It points toward the brother of D, Hunter of the Dead.
Use
Rogier writes that D has a younger brother. The brother lies in a deep sleep in the aqueduct beside the Eternal City of Nokron. Rogier adds that the brother once stood before the Prince of Death not far beyond that spot.
