Cerulean Crystal Tear is a Crystal Tear in Elden Ring. It is a late-game find in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
The Cerulean Crystal Tear is a blue crystal tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Mixed into the flask, it restores half of the maximum FP. Two copies exist, each dropped by an Erdtree Avatar. Using both copies together restores all FP.
Use
Mixing the tear into the Flask of Wondrous Physick at a Site of Grace makes the flask restore half of the maximum FP when drunk. With both copies mixed in, the flask refills FP completely.
"A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground. Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick. The resulting concoction restores half of one's maximum FP."
