Eternal Sleep Grease is a grease in Elden Ring. It is one of the expansion's additions, found in the Land of Shadow.
Eternal Sleep Grease is a knotgrease made from deep-purple materials. It coats the right-hand weapon so that hits build up eternal sleep. It is the Realm of Shadow cousin of Soporific Grease. The recipe uses the Deep-Purple Lily.
Effect
The coating adds eternal sleep build-up to each hit for 60 seconds. It counts as a weapon buff and replaces other weapon buffs.
"Solidified knotgrease made from a mixture of deep-purple materials. Craftable item. Coats armament, inflicting eternal sleep. The effect lasts only a short time. The weak are powerless to resist this velvety sleep, and will never be roused again."
