Leaden Hardtear is a Crystal Tear in Elden Ring. It is picked up mid-game, on Mt. Gelmir.
The Leaden Hardtear is a crystal tear for the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Mixed into the flask, it raises poise for a short time. The Ulcerated Tree Spirit on Mt. Gelmir drops it. It helps trade blows without being staggered.
Use
Drinking the flask with this tear stops many attacks from staggering the user for ten seconds.
"A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground. Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick. The resulting concoction temporarily boosts one's poise."
