Poison Grease is a grease in Elden Ring.
Poison Grease coats the right-hand weapon so that its hits build up poison. Poison drains health slowly once it triggers. It suits slower fights against large enemies that do not resist poison. It is cheap to craft once the recipe is found.
Effect
The coating adds 63 poison build-up to each hit for 60 seconds. It counts as a weapon buff and replaces other weapon buffs. On a few weapons with Arcane scaling, such as the Ripple Blade, the added build-up grows with Arcane.
