Ruptured Crystal Tear is a Crystal Tear in Elden Ring. It is a late-game find.
The Ruptured Crystal Tear is a flawed crystal tear with no healing power. Mixed into the Flask of Wondrous Physick, it makes the drinker explode after a short delay. The blast deals holy damage around the user and hurts the user too. Two copies exist, and both can go in the flask at once.
Use
Drinking the flask with this tear sets off a holy explosion around the user after a brief glow. The user takes a fixed amount of damage that armor does not reduce. A second copy in the flask makes the blast bigger and stronger.
"A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground. Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick. Causes concoction to explode. A defective crystal tear which possesses absolutely no medicinal qualities. A lesson said to be learned the hard way for some; faith can be a volatile matter, after all."
