The Spirit Glaive is a Halberd in Elden Ring.

When to Use It

Shadow of the Erdtree. It is found around Charo's Hidden Grave in the expansion, which opens only once Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood are beaten.

Upgrades

It takes Somber Smithing Stones rather than the common kind, one per level up to +10, and it keeps its own skill for good: no Ash of War will replace it and no affinity will re-cut its scaling.

Skill

Rancor Slash costs 12 FP. Spin around, slashing foes while summoning vengeful spirits which chase down foes. Additional input allows for a follow-up attack. It belongs to this weapon alone: no Ash of War will move it onto anything else, and nothing will replace it here.

Build

Its scaling runs Str at D, Dex at D and Int at D, so Str, Dex and Int are the stats worth levelling, and you need Str 14, Dex 17 and Int 16 before you can lift it. Because the skill is its own, the build has to come to the weapon rather than the other way round.

Notes

Sharp blade sculpted into a twisted shape. A glaive that has seen many years of use in the gravesite. Said to serve as a medium for communion with spirits.

How to Get Spirit Glaive Guide

In order to obtain this weapon, you first start at the site of grace at Charo's Hidden Grave and walk through the arch to the northwest, turn right directly after and take the path that ramps up north, follow it to where it meets the edge of the Gravesite Plain and it will be on a grave.
