Thawfrost Boluses is a consumable in Elden Ring.
Thawfrost Boluses are ice-colored pills made from cave moss. They clear frost build-up and cure frostbite. Frostbite deals damage and leaves the victim taking more damage for a while. They are worth carrying in the snowy Mountaintops of the Giants.
Effect
Eating one removes current frost build-up. If frostbite has already set in, it cures it. Up to 99 can be held and 600 stored.
