20x Bloodgold: Smelted from Petrified Tissue in a Blast Furnace.
1x Frostfire Essence: Dropped by Fallen Warriors, which you call up at a Memorial Site with three Memorial Coal.

End game. You need Fader dead before you can progress through the Deep North.

Upgrades

You can upgrade it twice at the Black Forge. Each step needs the station one level higher than the last, and costs the per-level amount and then twice that. Quality 4, at four times the per-level amount, needs a level 7 Black Forge, above its current maximum of 6, so that row is out of reach.
