Envoy's Horn is a Hammer in Elden Ring. It only becomes available late in a run.

The Envoy's Horn is the golden horn of the Oracle Envoys, profoundly weighty so that its blows are sure to be felt, and once an instrument that no mere human can sound. The smaller Oracle Envoys carrying it drop it at a low rate, with farming spots at the East Capital Rampart in Leyndell and east of the Haligtree Canopy Site of Grace. It deals physical and holy damage, scales with Strength, Dexterity and Faith, and uses the standard hammer moveset of moderately fast strikes and crushing heavy attacks. Its unique skill, Oracular Bubble, blows the horn to release a slow bubble that floats toward its target over a long distance, which often catches enemies that dodge the initial cast. It suits a Dexterity and Faith character who wants a light holy hammer with a ranged option.

Skill

Oracular Bubble costs 6 FP. The wielder blows the horn to release a small golden bubble that floats gently toward the target and deals holy damage on contact. Each blow costs little FP and can be repeated continuously, and the Envoy Crown raises the damage by 15 percent. It is exclusive to this weapon.
