The Nox Flowing Hammer is a Hammer in Elden Ring. It becomes available partway through a run, in Nokron, Eternal City.

The Nox Flowing Hammer is a mace shaped like a suspended droplet of metal, wielded by the monks of the Eternal City and forged from the liquid metal of a Silver Tear, tempered until hardened. It lies on a corpse reached through an unbarred rooftop window near the Night's Sacred Ground Site of Grace in Nokron, Eternal City. It scales mainly with Strength and is effective against shields and high-poise enemies, with crushing charged attacks. Its unique skill, Flowing Form, briefly turns the weapon liquid to swing it like a whip around the user before slamming its teardrop head down, covering a very wide area. It suits a Strength character who wants crowd control on a light hammer.

How to Get Nox Flowing Hammer Guide

Found on a corpse in Night's Sacred Ground, located in Nokron, Eternal City.
It is found on a stone arch in the same building as the Black Whetblade and the Mimic Tear Ashes.

Flowing Form costs 16 FP. The wielder turns the weapon into a liquid, whip-like form and lashes out in a single wide sweeping slice before it returns to shape. The sweep covers a broad area, which makes it effective against groups, and it cannot be parried. No other weapon carries this skill, and it cannot be replaced.
