The Flowerstone Gavel is a Hammer in Elden Ring.

When to Use It

Shadow of the Erdtree. It is found around Jagged Peak in the expansion, which opens only once Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood are beaten.

Upgrades

It takes Somber Smithing Stones rather than the common kind, one per level up to +10, and it keeps its own skill for good: no Ash of War will replace it and no affinity will re-cut its scaling.

Skill

Flower Dragonbolt costs 18 FP. Calls down the red lightning of the ancient dragons to strike a target. Deals lightning damage and also temporarily reduces the target's lightning damage negation. Can be charged to increase its power. It belongs to this weapon alone: no Ash of War will move it onto anything else, and nothing will replace it here.

Build

Its scaling runs Str at D, Dex at D and Arc at D, so Str, Dex and Arc are the stats worth levelling, and you need Str 14, Dex 8 and Arc 15 before you can lift it. Because the skill is its own, the build has to come to the weapon rather than the other way round.

Notes

Weapon of the Dragon Communion priestess. A dragonstone hammer resembling an ancient flower. The four petals and the flower's core are all sharp, ending in points, and are capable of dealing heavy damage to dragons.

Location: Foot of the Jagged Peak.
If she was not given Thiollier's Concoction, the Dragon Communion Priestess will drop this item at the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion after Bayle the Dread is defeated.
