Godskin Duo is a great boss in Elden Ring.
The Godskin Duo is a Godskin Apostle and a Godskin Noble fought together in the Dragon Temple of Crumbling Farum Azula. They must fall to continue through Farum Azula toward the end of the journey. The two share one health bar and keep bringing each other back after each death. Pillars, sleep and patience are the keys to splitting them apart.
Lore
The apostle is tall and gaunt, while the noble is grossly fat, and both wear robes of stitched skin. They wield a twinblade and a rapier-like blade along with black flame.
The black flame could once slay gods. But when Maliketh sealed away Destined Death, the true power of the black flame was lost.

Weaknesses
| Weak To | Slash, Sleep, Hemorrhage |
|---|---|
| Resists | Fire, Holy |
| Parry | Yes |
Phases
- Phase 1: Both Godskins fight with blades and black flame, and one revives the other when it dies.
- Phase 2: Each one gains new attacks at about half of its own health, and these can smash the arena's pillars.
Attacks
- Black Flame: both hurl fast black fireballs that keep burning; keep both in view and dodge sideways.
- Apostle Twinblade: stabs, spins and leaping slashes; keep a medium distance and punish the recoveries.
- Noble Body Slams and Rolls: the noble flops and rolls its huge body; roll aside.
- Torso Fling: the apostle stretches its upper body far out to strike; dodge through and hit its body.
- Black Flame Whirlwind: a spinning tornado of black fire; stay well clear of its edge.
- Revival Sigil: the survivor raises a sigil to revive its partner, leaving itself open; punish it, but expect the revived one to attack at once.
Tactics
- Use the pillars to block one Godskin while fighting the other.
- Put one to sleep with Sleep Pots or Sleepbone Arrows and focus the other.
- Keep both in view at all times; each one throws black fireballs.
- Summon a Mimic Tear or Knight Bernahl to split them.
- Stay aggressive while a spirit is active, since spirits fall quickly here.
- Hit both at once with wide spells when they stand together.
