Soft Cotton is a consumable in Elden Ring.
Soft Cotton is a cushion of Rowa fruit fiber tied to the soles of the feet. It removes fall damage and muffles footsteps for a short time. The quiet steps help sneak past enemies. It is cheap to craft once the cookbook is found.
Effect
Soft Cotton negates non-lethal fall damage and greatly reduces the noise of movement for 20 seconds. It does not change the height at which a fall becomes lethal. It does not stack with Assassin's Approach.

- In a side tunnel opposite the boss door in Morne Tunnel.
