Blisterwort
Blisterwort is a fungus that grows in caves across Skyrim. Restore Health and Fortify Smithing are its most useful effects for brewing.

Location
Chillwind Depths holds the largest patch of it. Blackreach and Tolvald's Cave also have many. Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun and the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood sell it.
