Wheat grows in the fields of farms all over Skyrim. Restore Health and Fortify Health are its most useful effects for brewing.

Cowflop Farm near Rorikstead and Hollyfrost Farm near Windhelm have the largest fields. Arcadia's Cauldron in Whiterun and the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood always sell a few.
