Dwarven Oil
Dwarven Oil is dropped by the Dwarven automatons that guard Dwemer ruins. Restore Magicka and Regenerate Magicka are its most useful effects for brewing.

Location
Destroy the automatons in Dwemer ruins to collect it. Alchemists across Skyrim sell it too.
Gameplay Tips
Combine it with Taproot to brew a potion with all four effects.
Notes
Dwarven Oil is also needed to create an oil spider.
