Torchbug Thorax comes from catching torchbugs, glowing insects that fly at night. Fortify Stamina and Restore Stamina are its most useful effects for brewing.

Torchbugs appear between 8 PM and 11 PM. Talking Stone Camp, Bloated Man's Grotto and the Apprentice Stone have many. The Midden at the College of Winterhold holds several picked samples.
