Bone Meal is dropped by undead creatures such as draugr and skeletons. Fortify Conjuration and Resist Fire are its most useful effects for brewing.

Search the bodies of draugr and skeletons. Burned corpses often carry it too. Apothecaries sell it as well.

Combine it with Berit's Ashes to learn all four effects at once.

Smiths also use Bone Meal to make and improve Bonemold armor.
