The Honed Ancient Nord Warhammer is the sharpened draugr warhammer from the Fishing Creation, with 23 base damage. It looks the same as the Ancient Nord Warhammer but hits harder and weighs more. It turns up later in the game, once draugr start carrying honed weapons.

Higher-level draugr and skeletons in ancient Nordic tombs wield it. It can also be caught while fishing, though less often.

Upgrades
Honed Ancient Nord Warhammer is improved at a grindstone with one Steel Ingot per improvement. The Dwarven Smithing perk doubles the improvement, so each quality tier needs less Smithing skill. An enchanted copy can only be improved with the Arcane Blacksmith perk.

Weapon Levels
Some weapons in Skyrim are Levelled. The power of a levelled weapon is based on your charcters level when you get them. Some get stronger in both physical and magical aspects, while others only improve their enchantments. These items don't get better as your character levels up.
