One of the best weapons to get early in Skyrim for Two-handed character builds is the Elven Warhammer. The Elven Warhammer location can be found at level 1, right at the start of the game.

How to Get the Elven Warhammer?
Where to find the Elven Warhammer Location?
- To find the Elven Warhammer at level 1 in Skyrim you can go to the Companions Guild in the city of Whiterun. In the basement of Jorrvaskr you will find an Elven Warhammer locked in an Expert Locked Display cabinet (as shown in the video guide above).
- Once you reach level 19 Unenchanted Elven Swords will begin to appear throughout Skyrim and enchanted Swords can be found at level 20. They will appear in random loot chests, enemies or for sale at the various merchants around Skyrim.

Weapon Levels
Some weapons in Skyrim are Levelled. The power of a levelled weapon is based on your charcters level when you get them. Some get stronger in both physical and magical aspects, while others only improve their enchantments. These items don't get better as your character levels up.
