Crystalian is a dungeon boss in Elden Ring.
The Crystalian is a living statue of blue glintstone that guards the crystal mines. A lone ringblade Crystalian holds the bottom of the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel. Pairs wait at the end of the Academy Crystal Cave and the Altus Tunnel. Their crystal bodies shrug off almost every hit until their stance breaks for the first time.
Lore
Crystalians are humanoid beings chiseled from pure blue glintstone. They wear red capes and fight with weapons of crystal, such as spears, staves and paired ringblades.
Crystalians are inorganic beings, yet they live. They cleave close to the ideals of the primeval current, and the sorcerers revere them as guests.
Their faint cognition is called the wisdom of stone. Their one clear purpose is to guard their crystals to the end, and one theory holds that they await the return of a creator who will carve them new brethren.
Where to find Crystalian Location?
- Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel, Liurnia of the Lakes, a ringblade Crystalian at the very bottom of the tunnel
- Academy Crystal Cave, Liurnia of the Lakes, a spear and staff pair at the end of the cave
- Altus Tunnel, Altus Plateau, a spear and ringblade pair at the end of the tunnel

Attacks
- Ringblade Swing and Toss: it swings its large ringblade or rolls it along the ground to return; roll against the swing, or go for a backstab while it waits for the blade.
- Seeking Blades: it throws two small chakrams; roll forward, block or move aside.
- Skydance: it leaps into the air spinning its blades; move away from the spin.
- Hopping Stab: the spear wielder hops forward with stabs three or five times, then finishes with a tall stab or a spinning swing; back off, count the hops and jump attack after the finisher.
- Shattering Crystal: the staff wielder charges and fires an arc of crystal shards; roll forward through the burst.
- Crystal Release: a sphere above its head rains crystals nearby; run away while it charges.
- Crystal Torrent: a long cone of crystal shards; roll to the side and stay clear.
Tactics
- Break the stance first; until then the Crystalian takes almost no damage.
- Use jump attacks and guard counters, which deal the most stance damage.
- Two-hand a strike weapon, which hits its crystal body hardest.
- Once its stance breaks, keep attacking; every hit staggers it from then on.
- In pair fights, focus one Crystalian and use pillars to block the staff wielder's spells.
- Summon a sturdy Spirit Ash to split the pair.

Two-handed strike weapon
Blunt weapons get through the crystal hide, and jump attacks break its stance fast.
Stance breaking skills and spells
High stance damage cracks the crystal armor, after which any hit staggers it.
