Drawstring Rot Grease is a grease in Elden Ring.
Drawstring Rot Grease is a quick-use lump of rot grease. It coats the weapon in an instant so that hits build up scarlet rot. Scarlet rot drains health over time once it triggers. The coat only lasts a few seconds, so it rewards quick, aggressive play.
Effect
The coating adds 80 scarlet rot build-up to the right-hand weapon for 11 seconds. It counts as a weapon buff and replaces other weapon buffs. Arcane does not raise this build-up.
