Rot Grease is a grease in Elden Ring.
Rot Grease coats the right-hand weapon with scarlet rot for a short time. Rot drains HP steadily once it builds up. It is worth carrying against tough enemies that are not immune to rot. It is crafted from Aeonian Butterflies.
Effect
Rot Grease adds 63 scarlet rot buildup to each hit of the right-hand armament for 60 seconds. It counts as a weapon buff. Once the buildup fills, the target suffers scarlet rot and loses HP over time.
