The Golden Beast Crest Shield is a Greatshield in Elden Ring. It is available within the first few hours of a run.

The Golden Beast Crest Shield is a shield of dull gold engraved with a beast crest, lighter than most greatshields and so easier to wield; the beast depicted is Serosh, aged counselor who guides the golden lineage. It is dropped by the Grafted Scion at the Chapel of Anticipation, and the fight can be retaken later through the sending gate at the Four Belfries in Liurnia of the Lakes. It weighs 12.5 and needs only 24 Strength, while keeping full physical damage negation. It scales with Strength at D, accepts Ashes of War, and its default is No Skill. It suits a Strength build that wants greatshield protection at a lower weight.

Dropped by the Grafted Scion at the Chapel of Anticipation.
If it is not defeated during the first visit, the fight can be reattempted later by going through the "Precipice of Anticipation" sending gate at the Four Belfries.
