The One-Eyed Shield is a Greatshield in Elden Ring. It is found in the Mountaintops of the Giants, near the end of a run.

The One-Eyed Shield is a tricksome greatshield of white stone depicting a malformed one-eyed god once worshipped by the giants, with the barrel of a firearm poking through its open mouth. It is dropped by Chief Guardian Arghanthy at the Guardians' Garrison in the Mountaintops of the Giants. Like every greatshield it trades weight and mobility for heavy protection, offering a guard boost of 67 at a weight of 20.5. Its unique skill, Flame Spit, readies the shield and launches a fireball that explodes on impact, and that damage grows with the shield's upgrade level rather than with Strength. It suits a Strength character who wants a heavy shield that can also strike with fire from range.

Flame Spit costs 28 FP. The wielder raises the One-Eyed Shield into a guard while readying its barrel, then fires a fireball that explodes on impact. The shot costs a very large amount of stamina, and its fire damage grows with the shield's upgrade level. It is exclusive to this weapon.

It blocks all physical damage, and against the elements it holds up best to fire, at 69%, and worst to magic, at 57%.
