The Redmane Greatshield is a Greatshield in Elden Ring. It is picked up mid-game, in Redmane Castle.

The Redmane Greatshield is a fang-shaped greatshield bearing the crest of the red-maned lion, carried by the Redmane Knights who fought alongside Radahn. Redmane Knights across Caelid drop it at a low rate, including those at Fort Gael, outside Redmane Castle and near the Impassable Greatbridge. At 14 weight it sits in the middle of its class with a guard boost of 65 and unusually high fire damage negation, and a Fire or Flame Art affinity gives it one of the best guarded fire negation values among greatshields. It accepts Ashes of War and affinities, and a solid block with it sets up guard counters. It suits a Strength fighter who wants a mid-weight shield for fire-heavy fights.

Played as the off-hand of an aggressive Strength build: block the heavy hit, punish with a guard counter, and lean on hyper armor skills from the main weapon to trade blows.
