The Stormhawk King is a quest item in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early in a run.
the Stormhawk King is the ash of a proud old hawk from Stormveil Castle. It refuses every summons, so it is not a usable Spirit Ash. It lies on the roof of the Chapel of Anticipation. It closes Nepheli Loux's questline.
Use
Giving the ash to Nepheli Loux at the Roundtable Hold sends her to Stormveil Castle for the final part of her quest. She can only receive it after Morgott, the Omen King falls and after several other steps.
"Ashes of a hawk revered by all others as sovereign back in the days when Stormveil's winds still raged like no other. This ancient monarch is proud however, refusing to answer anyone's summons."
Quest
It belongs to Nepheli Loux's quest. It is brought to Nepheli Loux at Roundtable Hold. She moves to the throne room of Stormveil Castle for the end of her quest.
