Buzzsaw is a one-of-a-kind submachine gun whose rounds can go through cover. It also deals bonus damage to limbs and has a high chance to wound and dismember. Its own description warns that it may cause massacres. It works well in a Reflexes build that likes to spray a room with bullets. It can also hit enemies who hide behind thin walls and crates. Buzzsaw is crafted from a spec looted at Vice Control, a Suspected Organized Crime Activity in Northside, Watson.
Combat
Buzzsaw fires fast like any Pulsar, and every round has high penetration. Bullets can pass through cover and still hit an enemy behind it. Aiming at legs and arms is worth it. The bonus limb damage and high dismemberment chance tear enemies apart quickly.
Like other Power bullets, the rounds can still ricochet off hard surfaces. Thanks to penetration and ricochets, a long burst can hit targets from several angles at once. The gun is at its best at close and mid range. Its high rate of fire can cover a whole doorway or corridor.

Character Builds
Buzzsaw works best with the assault rifle and SMG perks in the Reflexes tree. Mind Over Matter cuts recoil while aiming, and Tunnel Vision adds range and accuracy. Sharpshooter improves weapon control and gains a Stamina bonus stack with every hit. Shoot To Chill then adds armor penetration for each Sharpshooter stack. Submachine Fun reloads SMGs automatically on a swap and raises fire rate afterwards. Gundancer removes the movement penalty for aiming.
For cyberware, the Kerenzikov slows time when V aims during a slide, dodge or Dash. Air Kerenzikov in the Reflexes tree keeps V hanging in the air while it is active. V can then spray a room from above. Shock Absorber reduces recoil. The Ballistic Coprocessor raises ricochet chance and damage for Power weapons.
