Psalm 11:6 is an Iconic Nokota D5 Copperhead, an assault rifle that V crafts from a spec looted from a gang boss in Northside. It takes its name from a Bible verse about fire raining down on the wicked, and it lives up to it. Its rounds deal Thermal damage and have a high chance to set enemies on fire. V can spray a group, and the burns keep hurting enemies after the shooting stops. It works best in a Reflexes build that wants an assault rifle with built-in damage over time. Psalm 11:6 can be crafted once its spec is looted from the leader of a Suspected Organized Crime Activity in Northside, Watson. It is available early in the game.
Combat
Psalm 11:6 is a Power assault rifle built around Thermal damage. Each hit can set the target on fire. Burn deals high Thermal damage over a short time, so the rifle keeps damaging enemies after they duck into cover.
The rifle is strong against groups that stand close together, such as gangers rushing a doorway. The burns keep adding damage over time. A short burst into each enemy is often enough before moving to the next. The rifle works best when V spreads the fire across a crowd instead of emptying the magazine into one target. It takes a scope and a muzzle attachment.

Character Builds
Reflexes is the attribute for assault rifles like this one. Mind Over Matter cuts recoil while aiming, and Tunnel Vision adds range and accuracy. Spray And Pray lowers the Stamina cost of hip-fire, which helps with quick bursts across a group. Sharpshooter gains a stack with each hit and improves weapon control. Practice Makes Perfect gives crit chance and crit damage for each stack. Shoot To Chill gives automatic weapons Armor Penetration for each stack.
For cyberware, Shock Absorber and Immovable Force cut recoil and keep the bursts on target. The Ballistic Coprocessor improves ricochets with Power weapons. Kerenzikov lets V aim and fire while sliding or dodging, with time slowed for a moment. It helps V set several enemies on fire quickly.

Lore
The verse behind the name, Psalm 11:6, speaks of coals, fire and brimstone raining down on the wicked. The rifle's caption quotes it, and the gun's fire effect makes the joke literal.
The crafting spec comes from an NCPD Scanner Hustle in Northside. The police flag organised crime in the area and put a reward on the gang behind it. Their leader carries the spec for Psalm 11:6. Once the gang is down and the spec is looted, V can craft the rifle at any time.
