It drops from the shield-carrying Azula Beastmen in Crumbling Farum Azula, including one in the room next to the Crumbling Beast Grave Depths Site of Grace. It needs 10 Strength, weighs 5, scales E in Strength and carries No Skill as its default, so the main weapon keeps its own skill. It suits a late-game character who wants an unusual-looking medium shield.
