Lord of Blood's Favor is a quest item in Elden Ring. It can be picked up early in a run.
The Lord of Blood's Favor is a pure white oath-cloth given by White Mask Varré. It is the final trial to become a knight of Mohg, Lord of Blood. The cloth must be soaked in a maiden's blood. Once red, it goes back to White Mask Varré.
Use
Soaking the cloth and returning it to White Mask Varré earns a reusable Bloody Finger. Speaking to him again gives the Pureblood Knight's Medal, which leads to Mohgwyn Palace.
Quest
It belongs to White Mask Varré's quest. It is brought to White Mask Varré at Rose Church. He gives a Bloody Finger and then the Pureblood Knight's Medal.
How to Get Lord of Blood's Favor Guide
- Meet White Mask Varré at the First Step, then at the Rose Church in Liurnia of the Lakes.
- Invade other players three times with a Festering Bloody Finger, or beat Magnus the Beast Claw at the Writheblood Ruins.
- Return to White Mask Varré and accept to be knighted to receive the cloth.
- Soak it on the dead Finger Maiden at the Church of Inhibition or the Chapel of Anticipation.
- Bring the soaked cloth back to White Mask Varré at the Rose Church.
