The Rivers of Blood is a Katana in Elden Ring. It is one of the late rewards, found in the Church of Repose.

Rivers of Blood is the weapon of Okina, a swordsman from the Land of Reeds, a cursed blade that has felled countless men, and when Mohg first felt it he offered Okina the life of a demon with a thirst that would never be sated. It drops from Bloody Finger Okina, who invades on the approach to the Church of Repose in the Mountaintops of the Giants. It deals physical and fire damage with 50 blood loss buildup, and its Arcane scaling adds about as much damage as Dexterity while shifting more into fire and raising bleed. Its unique skill, Corpse Piler, forms a blade of cursed blood for long, interweaving slashes with the reach of an extended Double Slash and extra bleed buildup. It suits Dexterity and Arcane bleed builds and stays viable for pure Dexterity or pure Arcane.

Skill

Corpse Piler costs 17 / 9 FP. The wielder slashes twice from a low stance, each swing trailing a blade of cursed blood that extends its reach. Further inputs add a spinning flurry of three slashes and then an overhead finisher, for six hits across the full chain. The slashes deal physical and fire damage while building blood loss, and every hit can be parried. No other weapon carries this skill, and it cannot be replaced.
